  “We took our dog to this place for grooming. Made the appointment one week in advance at 8:30 am. He was dropped off at 8:145 and at that time, the groomer was still not there. The groomer called one hour later to verify what we wanted done. Then they called back 2 hours later to tell us the dog was not being cooperative and they wanted to sedate him. We said NO WAY. We have taken him there in the past with no problems. We decided to go up there to find out what was going on. They have shaved one strip down the middle of his back and then nothing more. They said that other dogs were being dropped off and needed to be done. We did have an appointment which should of came first. I can't imagine EVER putting an animal in these peoples hands every. They were rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't take an animal to this place if it was the last place on earth. We took our dog to another groomer who said it wasn't the first time they had heard negative stories such as this. Don't bother calling. Find another groomer.”
