  “We love this grooming salon! I would never think about bringing our pup anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I know they really care for the pets that come through those doors. I would definitely recommend checking out Shampooch!”

  “This place butchered my Shih-Poo. I was also very specific about the cut I wanted, more importantly that I didn't want him to look like a poodle. 3 hrs. later, Guess what? POODLE. I was VERY upset and they just kept asking for the money. $65.00!!! $20 OVER what I was quoted on the phone. No compensation or discount was offered and no apology either. NEVER going back.”

  “Ok, this other review almost sounds like another salon owner that is pi**ed off at the competition. I take my dog there and know countless others that also take their dogs to Shampooch. Excellent service all around. Everyone there is TOP notch and they know how to take care of a client. Even if there is a problem. (as I have had some very minor complaints myself..) Read the other reviews online. Shampooch will not disappoint. Call ahead of time as they are usually pretty booked up. Another testament as to how good they are!”

  “They absolutely butchered my dogs. Despite having alerted them to be careful of a mole on the older dog's back, they cut into it. They also trimmed her nails past the quick to the point where one was bleeding. In addition, the cut they gave the dogs was dramatically different from what was specified. I would never consider taking the dogs back.”
