  “a good clinic for the most part. they have people who seem to really care about animals. I was pretty happy with them up until today. While giving my puppy (chase) a lime vaccination, chase moved suddenly and the needle in his hip was left dangling without a hand holding it. 4 days later a bump a little bigger than a golf ball was forming on the spot where the shot was administered. while it is possible that a dog can have a reaction to a lime shot(the first shot went smooth, possibly because the vet that administed that shot kept chase in control while giving it) the reaction i recieved when i brought chase in was, wow, wee have seen reactions the size of quarters before, but nothing that big. I wonder if the needle left dangling in my puppies leg had anything to do with it?--I'd say yes, but they seemed to think this was proper procedue, charging me 51 dollars for the office visit, and another 17 dollars for them to take a sample of the bump. they aspirated the bump and a clear, thick, sticky fluid came out. I would be willing to pay anything to care and keep up to date with my pets needs, and i think rum river veterinary clinic see's that in people, draining every cent they can get out of a person. So if you are in need of a clinic fast, and have no other choice they would be ok, but in my opinion, there is alot better options out there---my opinion is free, if it was rum rivers opinion to you, you would owe them 10 bucks.”
