  “The groomer was very nice and my little maltese warmed right up to her, HOWEVER, I should have snatched up my furbaby and ran right when I walked in. The place smells horrible, and there was feces on the floor, and hair balls everywhere. I decided that looks could be deceiving and decided to give it a try. My fubaby smelled good before i brought her in as I do alot of her grooming myself. When i picked her up, not only was her hair choppy and uneven, but she smelled so bad I had to bring her home and give her ANOTHER bath.”

  “I cannot tell you how their grooming skills are because I was not able to get passed the rude lady on the phone. I asked a few simple questions and got attitude and no answers.”

  “My little dog came home limping. When I left a very polite message asking her to call me about this, she did not have enough common courtesy to do this.
  The vet thought it was a sprain, but he said, You'll probably never know how this happened. My little shih tzu was sad and quiet for 3 days.
  I would never take him back there again!”
