  “I was taking my small dog for the first year of her life. She cut her on 2 occasions and did not tell me. I know accidents happen but by the time I found the cut under her ear the infection was so bad it was green. The last time I used this groomer I walked in and she was shoving a dog into the wall.
  My dog was so scared that when I picked her up each time she was hiding under a chair shaking.
  I started using another groomer and while she does not like to go due to her experiece she does not shake or hide while she is there.”
