  “Tippy came to us as an urgent medical hospice foster dog. Lucky Dog knew that she was not in the best shape and they spent so much time with her letting her get used to everything. She was so dirty and greasy when I took her in-she now smells so good and she's clean and she isn't scratching. They did a great job with her and my other dogs like going there, too! Thank you ladies for the wonderful results and your kindness to Tippy.”

  “We were visting Ionia and our Shih Tzu needed a bath. I prefer to do him myself since he is in full show coat and Barb generously allowed me to use her facility.
  
  However, this review concerns my observations during my two-plus-hours there.
  
  The dogs were treated kindly and with great patience (even the one who acted like a brat). Victoria (I hope my memory is correct about her name) was grooming while I was there. She talked to each dog while clipping/bathing and she called each by name. She is my idea of the ideal groomer.
  
  You can leave your pets with complete confidence they are getting the best treatment. If I didn't enjoy grooming Russell so much myself, I would not hesitate to have him done at Lucky Dog Grooming Salon.”
