  “We have been using this establishment for almost 2 years now. We board and groom our dogs there and have always had wonderful care with every visit. We will continue to use the vet clinic next door as well.”

  “Our dog was boarded recently at Creatur Comforts and came home with Kennel cough. We not only had a coughing dog but ended up with a vet bill. When we spoke to to the owner of the kennel, he not only was rude but really didn't care about us as a customer or our aniaml at all. And I wonder how many animals he boarded that went home with kennel cough that weekend. His only focus was the paper we signed in july which I guess is valid for a year. The paperwork should be filled out everytime you board your animal not once a year! He made us feel like this was all of our fault and he took no responsibility at all. We have used this kennel before, but will not use it ever again. We will be taking our business elsewhere.”

  “Creature Comforts has the most NORMAL and CARING staff I've had the pleasure of meeting (with the exception of a few problematic individuals who appear to longer work there). In regards to the rude and childish comment made before; Amy and Erin are as normal and caring as they get, the prices are actually the going rate for the services provided HOWEVER you get far better quality service in ALL areas of the facility. Maybe some people need a reality check but I HIGHLY recommend this place for any boarding or grooming services! ***** 5 out of 5 stars”

  “The groomer named Amy was as rude and arrogent as they get,insisted my dog was another breed, I have papers tp prove her wrong. Other groomer Erin gave my dog a $75 cut designed for another breed. Wierdos. I hope the owner is aware of the know it all condisending behavior. The people at the free dog park constantly complain about the high groom prices and rude high school mentality at this place.”
