  “Hi All,
  I usually never take the time to write a review but for some reason today was the day. I took my elderly cat nicknamed Killer (aptly named, I'm sorry to admit) to Anna. My prior groomer would no longer take her (again, for obvious reasons). I explained to Anna that Killer did not like to be bathed, brushed, or groomed in anyway. She was so matted and the only grooming she got lately was the grooming she gave herself ! Anna said No problem, I love a challenge
  The day of the appt arrived and I was rushing to get to work and Killer was behaving badly. Anna took one look at her, shook her head and smiled and said Hi Baby, we are going to be such good friends. After seeing Anna kissing Killer and giving her a few rubs, I felt very good about leaving my devil child with her. Anna explained exactly what she thought was best for my elderly cat and about what we should or should not attempt due to the age of the cat. I found her so knowledgeable and caring and Killer actually appeared to like her. When I picked up my Baby at the end of my work day, I was so impressed by what Anna was able to accomplish. The price she charged was so reasonable, I would have paid double, but I didn't reveal this. I gave Anna a warm hug and a nice tip. We are certainly going back for more love.”

  Love the vets and staff...not the groomer!

  “I dropped my cat off at the vet to be examined and groomed by Anna. The exam went great. However, Anna assumed that my cat needed to be shaved instead of the brush-out that I'd requested. She didn't look at the notes until afterwards. The worst part is not how my cat looks but the fact that by changing her looks completely, Anna is responsible for causing upheaval in my home. My cats can't be in a room together without attacking the shaved kitty. If I could sue her, I would.”
