  “This dosen't suprise me, I know him and that's pretty much his personality. He used to have a pet store in town and went out of business due to his lack of customer service.”

  “I was driving several car lengths behind a 'Russ' mobile pet grooming' vehicle and the driver kept slamming on their breaks. After this occured several times, we came to where the lane splits in two. While stopped at the light next to this van, the driver proceeded to SCREAM extremely offensive words at me, including the c-word, and said, the next time you ride my bumper, I'm going to make you EAT my bumper. ... I hope this helps when you decide where you're picking your pet grooming place, because I would never bring my pet here if they treat people so poorly, imagine what they would do to your pets! Great customer service Russ's pet grooming, hope your business suceeds in this thriving economy!!

  “I was SEVERAL CAR LENGTHS behind this companys mobile pet grooming vehicle, and the driver kept slamming on the breaks. After this happened several times, I pulled up to a light next to the driver and the driver started screaming VERY offensive names at me ..including calling me the c-word, and said next time you ride my bumper, i will make you eat my bumper... way to go, russ's mobile pet grooming, keep up the friendly attitude! That will keep your business open in this economy. Two thumbs up, really, fantastic job.
