  “Patricia and Tom saved our dog Sandy's life. We had been treating Sandy for stones with a special diet and antibiotics and when we took her in for grooming, they noticed that she wasn't acting like herself. They called and asked us if they could check with their vet. Everyone agreed that we were doing the right thing, but Patricia and Tom knew something just wasn't right and asked us to keep a careful eye on Sandy. When she got home she stopped eating and by Monday morning she had emergency surgery for the stones which were starting to cause a blockage and she is now doing great. If they hadn't noticed that she had taken that turn, we might not have acted as quickly and she might not still be here. How often is a groomer so attuned to your pet's needs and so caring? Plus our dogs look amazing, too!”

  “We've had Shih Tzu's for many years, including two at a time at one point. Pat, Tom and their staff are very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. I've learned a great deal from them. Pat is exceptionally talented with scissoring techniques and knows well the standard for all breeds. I tried other groomers a few times over the 20+ years when necessary, but there is no comparison. Her pricing is fair and worth every penny to maintain a beautiful and clean pet.”

  “We have had 3 long-haired Shih Tzu's over the course of 21 years (once two at a time) and Patricia Dee is the BEST groomer EVER -- by far. (We occasionally tried others.) She and co-owner husband, Tom, as well as the rest of the staff really care about the dogs and have given me many helpful tips. Most impressive is her hand-scissoring. She is so knowledgeable about every breed. I could not own a Shih Tzu without her!
  Oh, and she is NICE, too!”

  “My puppy Kerfuffle (17+ yrs old) has been treated by Pat and Tom like the little prince he is for all his years. Pat's temperament may tend to be a bit sharp at times, but she's a terrific groomer.”

  “For the past couple of years we have had the pleasure of Patricia grooming our yorkipoo on a monthly basis. During that time Patricia and Tom have always accomodated our requests on timing for pick up and drop offs, changes to the style of grooming, even last minute date changes. Both Patricia and Tom take the time to explain their methods and what they have observed about our dog specifically. Patricia obviously cares greatly for the pets put in her care for the day. We are grateful for their patience and good service and their convenient location. Their costs do not differ greatly from other more commerical grooming businesses but the bigger difference is in the reliable personal care our dog receives consistently. I highly recommend trying them out and becoming a loyal customer yourself!”

  My Rescue Labradoodle

  “I have a rescued Labradoodle who is very fearful of people touching him. The first time in to Patricia's he pretty much just shut down, but she was able to groom him. The next time he was very afraid and all they could do was bathe him. We discussed the situation and Patricia offered for me to bring him in and talk to him while she groomed him. It was wonderful! For the next couple of times we are going to groom him this way until he becomes more familiar with what is going on. I have been using Patricia for years with my other dogs and have never had a problem. A+ Patricia for taking the dogs interests ahead of anything else!”

  Very Rude and Overcharge

  “Our dog is afraid of toenail trimming and we were having bad luck with chain groomers. So, we took her to the experts. The owners here were very rude from the start, blaming our dog's fear on us. To prove their point, they were very harsh with her to show who is boss. Now she is even more terrified of having her toenails trimmed. Wonderful. Additionally, these people charge for the service depending upon how they feel, apparently. We went three times and were charged $10 and the last time she charged us $20, for the exact same service. I will say that a couple of the staff people were great. However, the owners are horrible and the trim wasn't any better than a chain store and way more expensive. We will never take our dog here again!”

  “Patricia Dee's services are just AMAZING. Her prices are VERY reasonable and her cuts are to die for. I look forward to taking my puppy into her, and plan on using her for my little girl's lifetime. I have recommended her to at least one friend that called me to rave about how fantastic her pup's cut turned out. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to have a beautifully groomed dog. Also, she scissor cuts instead of just shaving (for most breeds) and her skills are nearly second to none.”
