  “MY DOG HAD DRY EYE AND HE DIAGNOSED IT.
  I THOUGHT THE VET WAS GREAT !!!!!!!!!!
  The eye doc at LVSES told me that this
  will need to be treated everyday with art. tears or some other expensive med.
  There is no way to treat dry eye with one drop of anything.”

  “The vet continued to prescribe an ointment for months for a goo problem in my Lhasas eyes. When it didn't get better he stepped it up and gave an ointment with cortizone. After that didn't work (12 months) he had me come in, and claimed it was cataracts! Said I could go to eye expert at LVES which I did and the whole time it was dry eye. OMG 1 yr and hundreds of dollars later and my dogs discomfort was cured in one day by LVES with one drop of liquid. He is awful!”

  “I posted a review several months ago regarding my horrible grooming experience. I would like to say that my experience was with the groomer and not the Vet. I kept going to the Vet as he is great. The groomer is a separate entity that rents a space inside the Hospital. Even thou the Vet is not associated with the groomer he gave me a $70 certificate for vet services and he was very concerned regarding my experience. I never heard back from the groomer and he never apologized. I would recommend this Vet to everyone as he is very caring with my puppies and I really love him! Just wanted to clarify this. Thanks!”

  “I'm beyond upset with my grooming experience in Dalhem Animal Hospital. I have 2 toy poodles and it was time for their first trim. I specified that I didnt want their hair to be short or shaved. The groomer who claims he has 30 yrs of professional grooming experience refused to scissor them as it was too difficult and said he had to use clippers (and that he only had one size), but that the hair would be 1 1/2 inches long. I asked him not to do what he did to my neighbors Toy Poodle, she was too matted and he cut her hair super short almost shaved. He said he had to look at her chart so I gave him her owner's name. My puppies hair was not matted since I brush them every day. When I came back I paid the $70 fee and the assistant proceeded to get my babies. To my HORROR he had done what he did to my neighbors poodle. He cut their hair so short, tight to the skin they looked like rats. I started crying hysterically while the assistant said that he did exactly what I asked for. I asked for my money back, she refused. Of course the groomer had already left and the Veterinarian only works half days. I cannot comprehend why he would do something like this after I specifically asked him not to cut their hair short. Please BEWARE and DONT take your loved pet to this groomer. I'm just glad my puppies are ok.”

  “I took my dog to this animal hospital because he wasn't eating, drinking, having bowel movements and was just moping around. They did an exam and said he had an allergy. Gave me some medicine and sent us on our way after paying the $290 vet bill. Three days ago we found out it wasn't an allergy. Through a bowel movement we found the real reason the dog was sick. He passed a bath towel. Well needless to say he is back eating, drinking, and running around. Are these people real Vets?”
