“I took my 17 week old kitten here to get neutered. They were very professional and Dr Hanson was very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions. She walked us through the process, told us about the expense and what we could pass to even save some money. They show love for animals and their job. I highly recommend Little Apple Vet Clinic for all your pets healthcare needs.”

“I took my cat in to Little Apple when it was sick. The receptionist were very nice. A person helped me get my cat out of his carrier in the room. She was very careful with my cat and made me feel better. The vet was very nice and answered all of my questions. She showed me how to give the medicine and even called me the next day to see how he was doing.”

“overpriced and shots that are not required. Ear cleaning seems to be the scam they try to charge everyone. Yes I said it SCAM,they look at the ears and than tell you the animal needs cleaning and medicine to get rid of them little critters, and then charge you double what you would pay just going to the local pet store...NOT GOING BACK ,,Find another Vet, or fake Vet want to be....”

“As a former employee, I saw behind the scenes. They board way too many dogs than what they have room for. They wanted to put a 100 lbs dog in a kennel where he could barely stand up. Thankfully the owners of the dog came back and saw the dog and said they didn't want him in there. They are way overpriced as well. I have dogs and go to Westside. They are great...more caring and professional. More reasonable too. We had a problem on Sunday and called the vet at his house and he was really concerned, he was going to go in if our puppy didn't get better.”

“I ordered Inteceptor and Frontline Plus for my puppy from PetCareRX and before Little Apple Vet would send the prescription by FAX they charged me $12.70 Prescription Fee! I understand this is against the State Board and I will be reporting them!”

“I was visiting this clinic to get a price quote and I overheard the husband of the vet who ownes the practice introduce himself as a doctor! He is not- never went to vet school- only married a vet. He is even advertised as one of the vets in a local yellow page advertisement. Isn't impersonating a doctor a criminal offense?”

“I'm always treated so nicely by everyone at the Little Apple. Everyone really seems to care. I haven't found their prices to be any higher than anywhere else that I've lived. The veterinarians always are so nice and patient with me and my pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I just picked up my three dogs from an overnight stay. When I confirmed the price prior to my arrival, I was quoted $16.30 per day. Once I arrived they needed a bordetella which added an extra $20.30 per dog. We added playtime which consisted of going outside and playing with toys for 20 minutes, all together and they added an additional $12.00 per dog. I arrived today to pick up my dogs only to find out that they charged me $24.25 per dog instead of the quoted $16.30 because of an additional half day fee. Apparently their fees only include the day they arrive and not for a full 24 hour overnight as I was quoted prior to dropping them off. When my dogs were seen for their initial visit after coming from Germany, they wanted to charge for everything to include unnecessary lab test and additional shots for the puppy; normal series is four and they want to administer five. The facility smells and and requires cleaning. I really thought that I would have an opportunity to change my mind with one last try and once again I was the fool in this scenario. MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE.”

“I originally thought Little Apple was a little high priced so I called around and compared and they were right on the mark with other vet clinics around the area. They have always taken GREAT care of my dogs and even call a day or two later to check on them. They love animals and you can tell in every way! They receptionists are friendly and remember my animals every time we come in. I give them an A+”

“I have used little Apple vet clinic for a number of years now and they have been awesome. A little over a year ago we had a kitten that we took there to be fixed and declawed. Unfortunately the kitten had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia and went blind. We were not in a position to adequately care for a blind kitten so the vet adopted and rehabilitated the kitten herself. She kept us up to date on her progress and left us knowing that she is well cared for. We continue to take our animals there and have never been disappointed. Thanks Little Apple Vet clinic!”

“This facility is very unprofessional. The employees are not friendly. When I got my dog, she was acting different and smelled like feces. She was very dehydrated and lost 5 pounds! This place is very overpriced as well as being the worst place you can bring your animal.”

“Would never recommend this facility. Our requests regarding the care of our pets were not met, causing unnecessary emotional distress to the animals and a great deal of expense to us. Our complaints were basically ignored and they covered their errors with lies. To say it was an unpleasant experience for all of us would be a terrible understatement.”
