  “I took my dog to Groomingdales for the first time on July 1, 2010. He is 11 years old and I have never had such a terrible cut. He is bald in some areas, thick in others and has lines as if he is a chipmunk.
  When I called to complain after my son picked my dog up, I was told she did not offer refunds. WTF!!!
  She will butcher the crap out of your dog, take your money and blame it on the fact your dog did not cooperate. In 11 years this is the 1st complaint I have had about my dog not cooperating in a way that he tried to bite.
  Obviously something was very wrong here.
  I had to give a 1 star because it would not allow me to do 0.”
