  “Our dog seemed to be drugged. She had lost tons of weight and was dying of thirst when she got home. The place was like a prison and she didn't have any of her toys or blankets with her. The outdoor area was nasty with uncut grass. They gave us a leash that was not ours and was in terrible condition. Do not go there ever!”

  “This is the first kennel we have ever taken our dog to and it was the worst experience. The building itself was absolutely filthy. I had to walk my dog through a maze of dog poop covered cages to a holding area outside.
  When we picked him up today he seemed to barely be aware of what was happening. He's always been very excitable especially when he hasn't seen us all day. He was there the whole weekend and barely responded to seeing us again. He was lethargic and covered in mud and poop. We immediately took him home and gave him a bath. While doing so, I noticed the hair on the inside of his hind legs had drastically thinned and he had a fairly large abrasion on his hind knee. He's not always a very cuddly dog, but after bathing him he fell into a fitful sleep and seemed reluctant to close his eyes. He's always been such a rambunctious dog and this behavior really frightened us.
  We will never again take our dog there.”
