  “I find it most uncomfortable to walk into this Pet Salon. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...or greeting or hello or how are you...or conversation with my dogs which I expect in a Pet Salon. I walk in they say last name...and business as usual! I am happy with their work...just gotta wonder how they treat my dogs, I know how they treat me!”

  “This shop has been caring for my poodle grooming for 2 generations. My parents always took their poodles and when I returned to Ft Wayne, that is the only shop I have ever used.”
