All of our groomers are academy trained and safety certified groomers that offer a variety of services to dogs and cats. The salon associates are kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Proof of rabies vaccine is required.

  “I was bathed and groomed today and I still stink and my coat is full of tufts and matted hair. The last lime I went there I was so happy and looked so nice. My owners will not be happy and will again call me a stinky old dog. Sincerely Sadie”

  “I brush our kitties at home and usually do good a job.I decided to have them professionally groomed (just brushed out, no bath). Lukas was good.....but HOLY COW.. Emma took the prize. Melanie ROCKED!! She was able to brush out bunches of fur. I see Emma visiting Mel more often... LOL

  “Melanie was our groomer for our little puppy Joonie. She is a 3 month old Maltese/Shih Tzu. She took extra special care knowing it was her first time visiting Petsmart Pet Grooming Facility. I am VERY pleased with her work. Our little fur baby looks so adorable!THANK YOU MELANIE”

  “I have taken my dogs to all the salons in South Elgin and was reluctant to take them to PetSmart. However I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly people that work there and the outstanding grooming my dogs recieved. These people are academy trained professionals and I will never take my dogs anywhere else!”
