  “Let me first say that K estates is great for boarding. Very friendly ,clean, great place.I was not worried one bit about leaving my puppy there. Grooming, OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so upset and very very mad. I talked personally with the groomer and told her exactly what I wanted. A trim on my long hair goldendoodle. I knew there was problems when the owner told me when I walked in the door that our grooming next time will be half off if it was too short. I wanted to cry but left that for the car ride home. If only I could attach photos. I hoping by next year, we will have our goldendoodle back. So much for a family pictures with our dog. My children cried the whole way home. I should have put a blindfold on and cut him myself. I can not even stand to look at my shaved puppy with fluffy ears and tail. Oh, fogot to add my puppy has been itching like crazy. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
