  “Our dogs have been going to Jenny for a couple of years. We discovered her shop by accident one day as we drove by and couldn't be more pleased that we found her. Prior to finding Jenny, we'd travel to our previous hometown (45 min drive) every time the dogs needed a cut. Not only does Jenny and her staff do a better job, but it's less expensive! Our dogs love going to visit and always come away looking (and smelling) fantastic!”

  “I was new to Elgin and had been taking Pepper, my 11 yr old cocker spaniel almost 20 miles each way to the groomer who had been doing him since he was a puppy. On a neighbors recommendation I called Jenny. Am I glad I did! Pepper never seemed happier after a groom and He looked and smelled great! Thanks Jenny!”

  “I have taken my lhasa to Jenny two times now. Once was a year ago and I was very unhappy. Decided to try it one more time and this time I was even unhappier! I specifially asked that she not cut so much facial hair and I really didnt think the dog needed to be SHAVED. Well......what I picked up looks like a really bad poodle cut. She left this puff on the top of his head and a tail on him. Everything else is shaved. I really dont think they they bother to try to brush dogs out. They seem to just go for shaving because its quick and easy. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend. I will say Jenny seems like a very nice person though. Though someone there needs to be taught better grooming skills.”

  Jenny The Groomer is the only place that I have taken my Pit Bull for grooming that has not wanted me to muzzle my dog when bringing her in. Finally a groomer that understands that Pit Bulls are no differant than any other breed of dog.”

  my dog came out smeling like roses:) and not like a dog yuck.
  When I took her in she was matted and I knew they would have to cut the hair short and they did an excillent job at it i'm a very happy customer:).”

  “I wasn't all that impressed. We brought in an adorable little puppy and picked up a way too short dog. She cut the face way too short and now she doesn't even look the same, Her cut is completely different. I will not be going back.”

  “Jenny made a mistake, she cut my dog too short after it was explained how I wanted the dog cut. No real big deal other then my dog will look like a goof till he grows out. But when my wife called to speak to Jenny she became argumentative, would not listen, told her to find another groomer, and hung up on her. She didn't offer to return our money and we did not ask. Real nice, we will not be returning.”

  “We love Jenny! She has a loving spirit with our dog and I never worry when I leave him at the shop! He has severe allergies and she use oatmeal to help calm his skin! She treats him as if he were her own pet! The shop is always clean and professional. She also gives the pets a report card at pick-up! She is amazing! A+”

  “I couldn't have been more pleased!!!you can really tell just by the way she loves them like her own that I wouldn't have to worry about my baby! He looked awesome and they used a special shampoo so he didn't break out like at the other places.I highly recommend her! boneyards mommy”
