  “I have a 7 month old puppy; SHIH TZU. I asked if they were familar with that breed and the man said yes; they come in all the time. The visit was horible for me and the puppy. My appt. 9:00 at 5:00 they were not finished with this puppy. At 5:00 pm I walked in and I observed the person hitting my puppy in the head with a brush and yelling (which it is a glass room behind the waiting area) so it was pretty loud. I informed the lady YOU ARE DONE. I paid for the visit; but my puppy will never go back. The puppy's hair was cut so short around the body and face; it no longer has the resemblance of a Shih Tzu. They did not trim his nails nor get the hair from his ears as I had requested. For 8 hours of being there the only thing I can tell is they took the shears and just 5 minutes cut all his hair off. The face is just mangled and uneven. The puppy was very playful and outgoing. After 2 days the dog is shy, barks non stop and when you go to pet him he ducks. Doesn't want to eat, and runs to his bed. I don't know what has occured for sure; but I know the trimmer raised her brush to my puppy. For that; Beware of this groomer.”
