  “We boarded with Starved Rock Pet Resort for a couple of years now. We've been happy until our recent boarding, which we were never informed until after our boarding that we were CHARGED to give 2 baby Aspirins and his glucosamine. They did not have to be shoved down Alex's throat just put in the food. In fact we got charged for $12 extra dollars for FOUR days of medication when day one which was drop off day I gave him the pills. In fact, I sent one feeding with his food all premixed so we never should have been charged for that. Susan suddenly after all the times we've used them to just inform us of their policy. I am very disappointed. It will be a while before I board my Alex there because of this incident.”
