  “I was leary after reading bad reviews, but took my long haired miniature dachschund. They did a beautiful job and my dog was very calm when I picked her up. I did not get bows in her hair, but it was 1/2 the price of Petsmart! We'll be back!”

  “I've brought my standard schnauzer to Critter Cleaners a few times. As far as I am concerned, there is no comparison between Critter Cleaners and other groomers I have used. My little girl is happy and always looks great when I pick her up. I receive consistently excellent service at a fair price. I don't know where the complaints come from, because my girl is always happy to see Kim.

  “I saw her tossing my dog around and I took her right out of there before the lady (who was the owner!) could hurt her any further. I now go to A Grateful Dog in near by Lockport and my little girl is getting over her fear of getting her hair cut, I am now comfortable with leaving her for a few hours.”

  “I am not sure who the Suzanne and Mary reviewers are but none of the many people I know that take their dogs here have said anything negative. I take my dog there and have been impressed with the service as well as the owner's love of dogs. It is fun just to see the other dogs waiting to be groomed. Definitely recommend!”

  “We take our Golden Retriever there all the time and he comes back looking beautiful. More importantly, the owner actually saved our dog's life because she suggested that he take him to see a vet to have his Thyroid examined. He just had a full exam 2 months ago and nothing was wrong, so I thought it was rather strange. Well we took him and the vet disagreed, but suggested we run a test just to be on the safe side. Well guess what, he did have a problem and we caught it early enough to avoid the worst. The lady does know her dogs!”
