  “I have a small, mixed breed dog who needs grooming often (she has hai which grows fast, plus a 'beard' which needs frequent trimming). We have always been pleased with D'Tails - they squeeze us in soon after we call for an appointment and they always do what we ask them to do.”

  “We have four dogs that have been going to D'Tails for years. One of my cocker spaniels has fear aggression and can be hard to handle. He just melts and is always so excited to see Kayri! That says it all! They are always priced fair and my dogs always look great. Thanks D'Tails!”

  “D'Tails failed to do what we paid them for, cost us an unnecessary $50 vet bill, plus considerable emotional stress, time and gasoline. We took our dog to D'Tails because the fur around his rear was matted. After making 3 trips, we picked him up and they said (even though they are NOT Vets) this dog has really bad eye infections, infections in both ears, and a serious anal problem. We are required by Idaho state law to report you to the Humane Society immediately. We took the dog to the vet that afternoon, who checked him out and said there's absolutely nothing wrong with this dog aside from a little irritation around his butt due to the matted fur. He proceeded to trim the fur around the butt and trimmed his nails and dew claws (which had NOT been done). We later found there is no law in Idaho requiring groomers to report abuse, neglect, or medical conditions. Not that it would be a bad law, IF it is a true allegation!”
