  “I love.....The Regal Beagle.. they wear very nice and caring with our Puppets first cut..They suggested that I take a before and after photos...and they gave me a lock of his puppy long fur...Teddy needs to be groomed often...I will be sure to update..I was referred by my Vet at Marietta Vet clinic..and our Vet and friends love this place...that was good enough for me....Teddy has his 2nd cut coming up...ill post another review...”

  “To Linda Baldridge .... I'm not sure if you are associated with Regal Beagle but keep your comments to yourself about your own dogs! People are free to post here because they love their pets! I believe L. Nolan, as I too loved my dog very much and Regal Beagle took the last little bit of life from him! It is insulting to read your comments that people have an ax to grind with them ... but then again yes, maybe I do, as I just buried a dog that was never the same again after his experience there! I invite any person to email me for full details ... otherwise please find another groomer! [email protected]”

  “I had used R. Beagle in the past and was sent there from a referral of a friend. My poodle mix was an old dog with years of grooming under his collar ... I knew his ways inside in & out on how he reacts to grooming before and after. In the past he was always so excited to see us pick him up and regardless of old age he would run through the house and act silly! This day he was his normal self with his nose hanging out the window on the way to R. Beagle. When my husband picked him up he was slow and sleepy. When our dog came home he was falling asleep in the middle of the floor! After wards, he began to shake and quiver. I called to ask if they sedated my dog and they became very defensive and sternly stated that was against the law and they would never do such ... maybe my dog was afraid of the recent storms (He has never been afraid of storms)! They also said my dog was fine there and even falling asleep in the bath ... HOLD UP ..... My dog NEVER falls asleep during a bath ... he paces from one end to another! I will end with saying my dog was never the same after that ... I could not give him a bath because he would become so upset he would start choking and gagging to the point of using the bathroom in the bath water ... he would pant so hard he couldn't breathe ... the mobile groomer I hired came in crying telling me she could not groom him for fear of him dying and stated there was NOWAY my dog ever fell asleep during a bath without help!! My dog has passed away now and I am so sad at the thought that I took him there and his fears and anxiety escalated so drastically I could not even bathe him! Please don't take your loved one to Regal Beagle!”

  “I have been using Regal Beagle for quite a while and NEVER had a moments problem. Anyone reporting a problem on this site has an ax to grind and either has a pet that is not cooperative or they are unpleasant owners.
  I have had 6 dogs there over the years, take my son's dogs there and have never never had one problem. I guarantee you that no dog would have ever been shaved without the owners request, it is an additional charge and they are very good about letting you know up front if your pet has any mats or problems that would require shaving. I find it very difficult to believe they would have shaved a dog in the winter months without the owners requesting it. L Nolan is lying about his experience and for whatever reason feels the need to slam these folks.
  
  They are all about animals and rescuing animals,and a true love of these creatures.
  
  Unfortunately, there are some pets out there that are unpleasant, and that is usually a result of the owners treatment of their pets
  not a few hours at a groomers.”

  “I took my two yorkies in and was very happy. The receptionist was very friendly and treated my dogs like they were my kids. I dropped them off at 10:00am and within 2 hours they had them both finished and called me an hour before my pickup time. Both of the dogs was clean, groomed and very happy and the price was in my price range. I will be back.”

  “Recently we took our two dogs to be groomed for the holidays. They were completely shaved down to the skin (face and all). No one called before making this decision and now I have to go out and but sweaters to keep the dogs warm when they go out. They are un-recognizable. The Regal Beagle should stick to grooming beagles! Really, how much work is it to groom a beagle. Our bichon and toy poodle look ridiculous because of the Regal Beagle. We were charged extra and the owner did not work with us when we complained about the service we recieved for our dogs. She just said she would make a note on the dogs cards. We will not be returning to the Regal Beagle even if we owned a beagle. I do not trust them to even groom a Beagle. Keep shopping around do not go to Regal Beagle!”

  “My dog got a great haircut at the Regal Beagle yesterday! The groomer came out to meet me as it was our first visit and talked about what haircut I was looking for and she was able to do exactly what I wanted. Very nice service and I got some toys there too!”

  “We took our dog to the Regal Beagle and was very pleased at the service in the beginning. The last couple of times we took our Shih Tzu there his face and ears were not clean. He appeared anxious and upset when we came to pick him up. We will be looking for another groomer!”

  “I have taken my dogs to the Regal Beagle for years. I have loved the job they did on my Shih Tzus until recently. The last couple of times I dropped my dogs off, they seemed very anxious and frightened (they used to love going). On my last visit my female (who is a gentle lap-dog) was returned to me with many deep bloody cuts all over her body and I was charged an additional fee because she was difficult. I questioned this because in the past, I was always told how easy she is to groom. The staff was very short with me and never really explained. In addition, I witnessed a staff member handling a small dog very roughly (on the table visible from the lobby) while saying, I hate this damn dog. These experiences have led me to locate another groomer.”

  “My dog loves the regal beagle and so do i. There is noone more friendly than Jackie to answer the phone when you call for your appt. They take such good care of my dog. She loves to go as much as she loves to come home. Her hair always turns out beautiful!!!”
