“My daughter has been taking our Maltepoo to Pet Kingdom for about 9 months after the 2 or 3 visit he developed an ear infection from the powder they use when doing the ears. This was brought to the owners attention at his next visit, he apologized and provided a little compensation due to the expense of visiting the Vet. He also noted and discussed with his groomer not to use the powder for our little man. There were no negative words expressed or implied but more concern since it was an isolated type incident in which it appears he's allergic or perhaps his skin too sensitive. I would recommend them if the situation presents itself. The prices are great too!”

“I have been taking my 7 year old sheltie to pet kingdom for 5.5 years and I've always left happy. My dog is extremely nervous dog that gets sick from stressful sistuations and can not even be kennel we I go on vacation, so with that said petkingdom is aware of that and make her stay as stress free as possible!! Needless to say she has been getting dolled up at PETKINGDOM for 5.5 years and loving it never has she left strange to hear about a dog but upset or so any signs of stress. I recommend petkingdom to everyone I know looking for a great place for their fur friend. And PS love MRS. ALISON”

“I've been taking my two babies(Aphrodite and Toby) to pet kingdom since I first brought them home. I love love pet kingdom staff and groomers. They have always treated my babies well and this is the only grooming place that I've taken them to where they are happy to go! Which says a lot in doggie language! My mom also takes her cockerspainel(Chase) there and has done so for years with excellent quality results. My babies have never been accidentally nicked or mistreated and they groom them to a T and treat them like family! Will be booking with them again very soon because I've tried other groomers due to my schedule but it's just not the same quality as these guys. Craig, Ed, and Mrs.Carol have always been super sweet and accommodating. And our groomers are awesome as we more than likely always have the same one which my dogs love. Love you all at pet kingdom!”

“I've been very happy with the service I've received here at Pet Kingdom. I have a 10lb Chihuahua that is very timid and doesn't like being on a leash, at other places, such as PetSmart they have dragged her across the floor because they said that I couldn't hand her to them. Which is crazy in my opinion! But they insisted, that was the last time I took her there and I will never do it again. At Pet Kingdom they let me hand her to them they are super gentle with her and she isn't traumatized when we go in there. This means a lot when your pet is like your Baby and you don't like seeing her being abused. I would highly recommend this Grooming Salon and have in fact told friends about it and how happy I am with them.

“It saddens me to read some of these comments posted by some who are unwilling to give Pet Kingdom a try. I carry our 2 yr. old Yorkie-Poo Snickers here and have for 2 years. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. Snickers has had the same groomer who loves and cares for him while he is there. He gets very excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot because he knows it is all about him! I have NEVER had a problem with any of the owners and feel they are getting a bad wrap.”

“i was thinking of taking my little dog to this place but honestly I read the reviews first and after seeing the response to a negative review from the owner I have changed my mind.. How unprofessional, rude and petty to comment to customers that way on a review page where all can see. This is certainly now good business truth be told its very elementary school behavior. Im sorry to the groomers who i hear do a great job but my family and friends will be finding another establishment.”

“I was seriously considering taking my puppy to this place, but after reading the comment from the mother of the 'rude' son, I'm having some doubts. From a parent's stand point, I understand how she feels, but from a business stand point that was very unprofessional. It should've been handled better than that. There are plenty of pet groomers that would love to have regular paying customers. Don't get too cocky. Word of mouth can make or break a business. Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated.”

“Today was my first day bringing my maltese to the groomer she is 6 months old, and from my experience when i took her in she was very calm (which is very rare with her). She licked faces and seemed very pleased with what she saw. I also seemed very pleased with the customer service there! I will soon be going back in a few hours to see the results are as far as the grooming is concerned (that is why i am giving 2 stars for right now ). So all the people ASSUMING that this place is awful... you should't judge from other's opinions.”

“We have been going to Pet Kingdom with our dogs for a few years now and we absolutely love them..the staff is excellent and a the facility is very clean. Matter in fact i am going to be taking my cat to them starting this week. I would highly recommend Pet Kingdom as we have already done to a few of our friends that own pets. Thumbs down to the ones that are unsatified with them because i have never experienced any rudeness from anyone there and have been in several times with other clients picking up their animals and were extremely nice to them also.”

“Love, love, love the job the groomers do for my Baby. However, I must say that it easy to become defensive and take things personal when it is your child someone is speaking of, but 'in business' you just simply HAVE to hold your tongue. And for the record, I recommended Pet Kingdom to a VERY good friend and was completely embarrassed to find that she too had been treated badly by the son. I love my groomer. Unfortunately, I am too scared to invite my friends to try her out!”

I highly recommend that you find another establishment to use, since you feel you won't recommend Pet Kingdom to others. We don't need YOUR RUDENESS EITHER! We have more clients that appreciate the service that my son has given them and how he treats them, that we don't need the pettiness that you think you should have. When clients think that they can talk to the owner(s) any way they want, they in turn will receive the same....maybe you think you deserve extra special treatment. I am also Ed's wife, and I do have final say. If you can't accept ALL of the people at Pet Kingdom, don't come back.”

“I have been going Pet Kingdom over 5 years. Sandra was my groomer. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! Since that SON took over - it has been hell and a nughtmare. I have never been treated the way he treated me. He is rude and thinks he can talk to people any kind of way! I would never recommend this place ever as long as he is in charge.”

“The front desk is extremely welcoming and nice, but the groomer I had (Jawanda) is extremely unqualified. She left cuts on my dog's belly (twice). When I went to complain the second time, she was extremely rude and unapologetic, something I was not expecting, seeing as how my dog was uncomfortable because of her mistakes!! I most certainly will not be returning!”
