  “My neighbor told me about Dog Wash Cafe and how much better it is since the ownership changed last year. The place is clean and they have 2 really good groomers, Samantha and Cathy. They have both groomed my dog and I cannot decide which one I like better. My dog is happy when I pick her up and she gets to play with other dogs while she is there.
  
  I am so glad my neighbor told me to try Dog Wash Cafe. I am now telling all of my friends about this great grooming shop.”

  “To bad we did not agree to your extortion/blackmail for an injury that did not occur in our shop.
  
  Ellies Mom is the same as Traci below.
  She threatened to spread this libel if we did not pay her at least $1500.00.
  
  Please be careful if this lady enters your shop. She is no longer welcome in ours and will be arrested if she returns due to her violent behavior.
  
  She did not bring her dog into the shop. A relative did. When she returned 5 days later after being out of town she claimed that we cut a part of her dogs ear. The injury did not occur in our shop. The ear would have been bleeding profusely if that had happened when the dog was picked up as with any cut to the ear and head of a dog.
  
  For Traci it was all about extorting money and when that failed she began this slander.”

  “There are so many groomers in Alpharetta. I sure wouldn't bring my dog back to these people. Regardless of my dogs ear being cut, the staff is very unprofessional. They had there friends hanging out in the lobby.
  I asked them to cut her nails and trim the fur from around her pads and none of that was done.
  Im glad they game me a refund”

  “I took my pedigree Yorkie for a grooming. I always have a professional do her nails and ear trim.
  Unfortunately, the dog groomer took a chunk out of my dogs ear. As if thats not bad enough, they didnt tell us OR return our call. Her ear is permanently disfigured. The owner offered me a free grooming. I dont think so!!!
  Please use caution when choosing a professional pet groomer!!!”
