  “The owner cut my puppy's nails way too short. Poor thing bled all over the backseat of my car before he moved up to the passenger side and I noticed his little paw was bloody. I took him to our vet and the staff stopped the bleeding. The owner's explanation? I was doing the best I could. Apparently my baby was fidgety and didn't want his nails cut. I asked her why she didn't just stop cutting his nails - I would rather have to cut them myself than have them too short - and she said other owners didn't like that. Then she hung up on me.
  
  Her best wasn't nearly good enough.
  
  The only good thing I can say about the experience: My dogs - I took both my Boxer puppy and my 2-year-old American bulldog - did come out smelling good.
  
  Still, I won't be returning.”

  “Well, after feeling disgruntled for 2 days, I decided to take both of my yorkies back to BPS and I am glad to report that all efforts were made to try and make them look better. They look 100% better and I feel much better about this salon.”

  “I dropped my 2 yorkies off to get a puppy cut. To my horror when I picked them up, they had not received a puppy cut, but were cut as schnauzers. I tried to help a local business out by bringing them business, but I will say it wasn't worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a puppy cut!”
