  “I will never ever recommended someone here,,,especially with boarding,,there play area is not a.c,nor heated,they leave a bucket of water with chemicals in every room so the dogs can drink it and possibly die,the purpose so they can clean up after them but u don't leave the mop water with them,,,no a.c so there prone to heat stoke or die,,,boarding area they keep them in cages all day accept 20mins 2x a day to go in the play area where there's no a.c,,,,uncovered dog food in refrigerator,, groomimg area,dogs are aloud to roam free with each other and poop and pee all over the grooming room,mixing clean,dirty dogs together,,watch the owner John and several people be very rough with the animals when there owners leave,,god forbid if there bad,they wet a rag,wipe them off spray them say they had a bath,,,purposely bleed the dogs nails so they look like they cut there nails,,,warned several people to not board nor bring there dogs there if they love there fur babies,, oh and there infested with rats as well,,what if the rats bit you doggies or contaminated there food the animals will get sick or die,,rat and mice droppings all over!!!! They should be out of business and CDC should be called on John the owner,,,glad I got away and open up my and treat my customers and doggies the right way”

  “I have been taking my Yorkie Brady to Carol for over a year now. I am always so happy with Brady's haircuts!! She always does exactly what I ask to be done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If there were 5 stars I would surely give all 5.”

  “In my opinion, this is the best groomer around. I have tried others, but, unfortunately they all tell me that my dog is to big. Mind you, this isn't a Great Dane we are talking about, it is a Siberian Husky.
  
  Amanda is a wonderful groomer at Pawfection, due to the fact that our dog doesn't seem to mind being there with her.
