  “A friend of ours, while dog sitting, took our 2 Yorkies here for a cut, one with 6 years of hair growth. Normandy Pet Grooming shaved them both completely bald. Even worse was that they both showed signs of careless treatment (razor burns and scabs in intimate areas). After returning home from our trip and inspecting our dogs, I attempted to contact the owner. It took 4 business days to finally make contact. Even at that point, I had to go by the place of business because she was using a call screener and would not return any phone calls. She had an unprofessional attitude and appearance, was unapologetic, completely unconcerned about the apparent rough treatment of the dogs and (keeping a long story short) had no problem lying to support her side of the story. Our Yorkies are well taken care of and go regularly to another groomer who has never had any trouble giving them proper treatment and cuts. If you still insist on using their services, I also recommend you ask for a tour behind the curtain as the unsanitary conditions may also change your mind.”
