  “We have gone to Head to Tail for a few years now and always had great results with the young man there. This last time was horrible. A woman just returned back to work there, she was out for cancer, (I believe she is the owner) she mutilated my dogs toe. She clipped and clipped and clipped ONE toe nail over and over again. She was amazed that there was no quick and didnt understand why he was bleeding. She also thought that he was born with only three toes on the other foot; I guess she didnt know with all her years of experience what an eight inch scar looked like on a dog. To fight off any infection he was started on antibiotics from the doctor. As of yesterday, his toe is infected, the whole nail had to be removed, completely irrigated, and he was put on stronger antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. So far, over $100.00 for a $5.00 nail trim from someone who obviously should not be working in that field! What makes things even worse, my dog already has a brain tumor that causes seizures, and now this infection has caused a heart murmur. I am not at all pleased with this well-established place.”
