  “The groomers badly cut my Yorkie on top of his nose when they were grooming him and lied about it trying to cover it. There was two dry blood spots stuck on the fur on the top of his nose and when confronted they denied it. The manager would not speak with me on this issue and I was denied proper customer service. Because of this salon my Yorkie now acts very weird and does not want to socialize with the other house pets and hides under the sofa all day. He growls at the other dogs when they come near and try to lick his scar. Very unprofessional staff who avoid admitting their errors and correcting the problem.”
