  “The owner/Hawaiian shirt man is ridiculously rude and I question the care for the animals. The place is gross and always smells very strongly of urine mixed with fear. I will never let my dog near this place again.”

  “We booked a boarding spot for my dog and when we went to drop her off asked about when we could pick her up. We were told they were closed the date we wanted and when we further inquired if anyone would be there to watch the dogs were told I won't take your dog. The owner guy who is always there gave no good explanation, was creepy and just walked away, very rudely. The place also smelled terrible and had cages with cats open everywhere. It's probably a good thing we didn't leave my dog there, but he canceled on us last minute completely leaving us in the lurch. I recommend anywhere else.”
