  “I took my puppy to Barb after reading several good reviews. I expressed my concern that he was so young and she reassured me he would be fine. I scheduled an appointment and she told me it would take 2-3 hours (I had plans to be somewhere later that afternoon). Well five hours later he was finally finished (and not really because he didn't get dried all the way). My poor guy had two bleeding toe nails and a large cut on his back from the shaver. He was shaking and wouldn't stop even after we got home. I was so disappointed. I really thought she would have taken extra care since he was still new to the grooming experience. There were way to many dogs in there and I think the staff was very overwhelmed. I would highly advise not taking a younger dog or one that has never been groomed. Maybe older dogs is okay but my pup will not be back there.”
