  “This is a great local business. They appear to want to know you and are true dog LOVERS. This is not a corporate pet big box store. They always try to provide the best svc they can. Is it a Ritzy puppy spa? Um, no. But the price is right and they welcome your business. Please give them your Tempe Business!!”

  “The last time I sent my dog there, they didn't do a great job. They only trimmed her nails on two paws, & seemed to forget the other two. Also, didn't blend the back her head so she looked like she was wearing a helmet. All this after they were very late getting her done and I told them, no worries, take your time & call me when you're done. Also it really seemed tacky to me that (both times we went here this happened) when i went to pay w/ my credit card they asked if i wanted to add a tip. I've been in food service for 10 yrs & this is just a HUGE no-no. It's just plain tacky.”

  “I have taken my Silkie Terrier there 3 previous times and he loved it & looked great. Today he looked so bad I refused to pay. He was all frizzy and was not properly groomed. The groomer claims to be the only groomer there now so if true...stay away.”

  “My husky goes to the Dog Wash every week to just play! He loves it and never wants to come home. This is a great service especially in the hot summer days when long walks are absent. Great Place!”
