    “I had an appointment with the mobile groomer and they didn't even show up! Nor did they return my phone call when I called to find out where they were!! You would think in today's economy that they would want new customers, but they are just awful! What a waste of my afternoon to sit around and wait for RUDE people who can't even be bothered to keep their appointments!”
