  “If I could give one star, I would, as the so-called groomer cut off a piece of my cat's ear. She told me that my cat bit her and so she accidentally nicked her ear. She had the ear covered, and I was so concerned about the groomer, I didn't properly check my own poor cat, call me stupid. Again, like an idiot, I paid and tipped these people because I was so concerned about them only to find a quarter of my cat's ear was literally cut off. Then I see she's written on the receipt, Cat's ear cut, leaving me no recourse, as if she'd told me she'd cut off instead of nicked. People should not treat each other this way, let alone a business to its customers. Maybe they should call the place Heaven Sent instead, as you're cutting off a portion of cat's ears, maybe there have been other accidents that sent the pet straight to kitty or puppy heaven. True story, no shame in hiding my name, Mel Nieschulz-Hocking, a former idiot customer for believing dishonest people.”

  “These folks have converted their very large garage into a full scale dog grooming facility. We really enjoyed dropping off our babies in a place that had a neighborhood feel rather than the city hustle and bustle. Not only were my wife and I more comfortable with this place and the wonderful staff, but our four legged children were as well. The owner/groomer was very professional and friendly. This place is top notch. My wife and I have taken our Shi-tzu's to groomers in other countries as well as the lower fourty eight. Heaven scent pet grooming really shows genuine care for your pets. It's been a very long time since we were able to pick up our babies from a place that had them wagging their tails in comfort and happines. Wish there were a couple more stars on this site to give you.
