  “My husband and I were attending a conference in the Talladega area. We had called ahead to make reservations for our pet shih tzu for one night of boarding. We were told that the rate would be $13 a day.
  
  We dropped her off about 2:00 p.m. Thursday and picked her up before 1:00 p.m. Friday. We were charged $26 because she was there part of 2 days. We were shocked and surprised.
  
  Where we come from 24 hours is a day. We were prepared to pay $13, but ended up being forced to pay for 2 days. We had even provided our dog's food.
  
  I feel that she took advantage of us. We were from out of town and did not know any better.
  
  We definitely will not give Donna another chance to pull that on us.”
