  “Upon reading many reviews on this dog groomer, I have decided I will never take my dog there. To top it off, you have a tacky response from the groomers child (or what I hope is a child because of it's immaturity). This attempt to lash out only further solidify's the fact that this is not a good place to bring the animals you love. The groomer should have made it right. Dogs are no less helpless than a 2 year old child... a childs arm is broken at daycare because of a lack of gentle and careful supervision and see if you get the same blow off response from the owner. If you can't handle lifting a 55 pound dog, what are you doing grooming them? Horrid.”

  “I am sad to hear that because everytime I took my dog to that location I had a wonderful experience. My dog always came out well groomed and nicely cut I am sorry to hear about the owner committing suicide she was very, very good to my dog.”

  “My mother owned that salon, and her life was dogs, she wouldn't hurt a fly. so youre full of crap, why dont you as a pet owner, understand that maybe if your dog is docile you shouldnt be getting them groomed. have you ever had to lift a 55 lb. dog into a bath tub? probably not. and on top of that, most dogs dont like being lifted into one. your clumsy ass dog probably did fall out of the tub, and my mom did have insurance,you cant be that dumb to think a business owner would be able to have a business loan through a financial institution without carrying insurance, maybe you were too dumb to follow through with filing a claim. well you dont have too much to worry about now, the owner, my mother commited suicide.”

  “While my dog was in the care of this groomer, both of the bones in one of her front legs were broken (my docile, 55-pound, 6 year-old pooch supposedly fell out of the bathtub). The owner of this salon does not carry liability insurance. She blamed the accident on my dog and denied all responsibility, and actually invited me to sue her. After an expensive surgery and 5 days in the pet hospital, my dog is doing fine. Unfortunately, this incident has cost me close to $2,000, including the $48 grooming fee. Be careful who you leave your pet with for grooming services, and always make sure they have liability insurance in the event that an accident does take place!!”
