  “This place should be shut down. Money hungry animal haters is what they are. HOW do you let a dog go NINE DAYS without eating? WHY don't you call the owner? You have the # to the vet, why don't you call them? We paid the extra money so Sadie (basset hound) could have play time. There is no way she got play time. She could barely walk when we picked her up. She was dying. She had been neglected so badly. We were also told she could have a cot because of her arthritis. But instead, she got no cot. She only got a cold concrete floor at the end of November. She spent her last week away from the people she loved, being starved to death, with no one playing with her, lying alone on a concrete floor, dying. Not only that, but our shih tzu came home with an eye injury that nearly cost her her eye. AND she was COVERED in stickers. Her rear, her feet, her arms, her belly, her ears, head, neck, back... COVERED. And this is after they washed & groomed her... which we paid for. They handed over a near blind, sticker covered dog, and one that was a day from death. AND THEY MADE US PAY THEM. Do NOT take your babies here. They just let kids take care of them. No one actually cares about anything but the bottom line and padding their pockets.”
