  “I just bought my first puppy a week ago from a pet shop so this was our first experience with a groomer. Her shop was extremely warm and dirty. She asked the breed of my dog (which is a chihuahua), then proceeded to tell me that the dog was not good looking and i should not have bought her from a pet shop. The entire time she was clipping my dogs nails she lectured me on puppy mills and pet shops while saying my dog did not have the right face for a chihuahua. She must have been distracted because she clipped the nail too short and my puppy was bleeding all over herself and my clothing! This was the absolute worst experience and I DO NOT recommend her services!!”

  “My dog loves going here and I have never had any problems. Not only do I take my dog here, but my friends take their dogs here also and we all are very happy with the service. She no longer takes large dogs - too difficult for 1 person to lift - but she kept her current large dog clients like myself. I let my dog be the judge and she runs into the shop and happily greets the owner.”

  “I went in to her shop the other day to see what her availability is to groom my golden retriever and she stated, oh, those are too big for me, I don't do large excitable dogs. I deal with smaller, calmer dogs. I just thought she was the most stuck-up, arrogant and rudest person to say something like that, that I walked out! I'll be going to one of her competitors down the road.”

  “I will never go back here...nor will I ever refer anyone here...I came back to pick up my dog a few minutes early and found the groomer SCREAMING at her because she wasn't standing still. I could hear this from outside!! Horrible way to treat anyone's pet! I felt so bad I took my dog here...this is the type of person that could give a pet groomer a bad name.”
