  “I have been taking my Havanese to Reigning Cats and Dogs since I first got him as a pup. On occasion, I have had to take him somewhere else due to scheduling issues. I have paid twice as much for a ten times worse grooming. They know how to cut and groom.
  
  The place is dirty and you have to prepare yourself for that. If they didn't do such a great job, I would not return. If you can look past the facility, you will really like the work that they do and prices they charge.”

  “I have taken my cocker to 3 other groomers and none have done as good a job as Reigning Cats and Dogs. My dog is hard to handle but they give him a great cut. More importantly, they diagnosed a thyroid condition before my vet even caught it.
  I AM NOT impressed by a beautiful dog parlor who charges high prices, I want knowledgeable, well trained groomers.”

  “Do NOT under any circumstances go to this place. It is dirty, disorganized, the staff is unfriendly and they have NO idea what they are doing. They tried to give my chow a buzz cut and were shocked when they realized he may have to be brushed.
  
  The place is a pigsty. The groomer's toddler was playing on the floor in piles of old, dirty dog hair and looked like hell. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to send your pet to a Silence of the Lambs dungeon.”
