  “I would have said 3 stars, because they did a good job grooming my dog for years. This worked well for me, because my dog was very nervous when being groomed. Unfortunately, after years of taking him to Heavenly Hounds, when I tried to make an appointment to get him groomed, I received a message on my voice mail that because of his age and his hip problems, they would be unable to groom him anymore. This was very upsetting, as I paid A LOT of money for their services, and my dog was almost 15 years old. They had been working on him for over 8 years, and I was afraid to take him to someone that he did not know, especially with his hearing issues and his hip problems. I was especially puzzled because all along I had been told that they put him in a sling type thing to hold the dogs up while grooming them. Overall, I was extremely disappointed that a long-time loyal customer would be treated this way.”

  “HORRIFIC! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I picked my dogs up one day early to find them sitting in a kennel saturated with urine. Their blankets were soaked, their rug was soaked, and their fur was soaking wet. It appeared that they had not been let outside for days. More than half of the food that I provided had not been used, and both of my dogs were ravenous, leading me to believe that they had not been properly fed either. I am distraught by the neglect and abuse my poor babies suffered at this horrible, uncaring kennel.”

  “I would never let my dog stay here again. After 3 days, my dog had a big and nasty cut on his body and above his eye. When i noticed, they claimed to know nothing about it. Do you look at the dogs? They said we can't guarantee your dog's safety here. My dog also vomited for days after being there (maybe something in the yard?). Also, the girl you interact with up front is really nice, but the owner (Missy) is very rude and inconsiderate and good luck getting a phone call back if you ever have a problem or concern to discuss!”

  “I have boarded my 3 dogs and used their grooming services going on 8 years. Mitzi an Daphne are one-of-a-kind when it comes to your pets care. They are kind and compassionate in what they do and it shows! I would give Heavenly Hounds A++++”
