  “Our 4 year old (AKC) Golden Retriever's topcoat, main was sheared off,1.o inches, the area around her ears was shaved. This is after giving detailed instructions to scissor trim. This is absolutely the worst grooming I have ever seen in 20 years of raising Goldens. We received a full refund, a call from the owner who told us the fur would grow back. This firm has incompetent or ignorant (or both) groomers with no regard for the breed, not to mention the lack of common sense to shear a dog in the winter and especially without asking the owners. I have filed complaints with the state, AKC, and the BBB on this company!!”

  “I took my long haired (4 inches long) dog there and asked for a one inch trim along with nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. I told her I did NOT want my dog shaved nor for it to look like a poodle (she's a poodle mix). When I picked her up, I did not even know if was my dog. She had been horribly cut down to 1/2 inch, her nails and anal glands were not done. Her hair was in a pink bow on top of her head (her head hair had not been cut at all so it looked terrible and bizarre compared to the rest of her body) and she had razor burn in two different spots. A terrible experience.”
