  “With all due respect, I think that finding a good groomer is hard, and when you do you should cherish them and treat them nice. However, I think that alot of people rate groomers harshly! First of all dog grooming is a very difficult and challenging job,they are subject to people bringing dogs in that arent groomed regularly,(knotted matted hair and damaged coats) which makes it harder on the dog and the groomer, dogs just dont sit there and let you groom them most of the time. Some dogs bite and poop all over after you groom them, so I think that the owners are part of the problem and blame the groomer when alot of the time its because of thier own irresponsible actions as a pet parent. Im not saying all people just those that trash dog groomers and ruin thier reputation via social media. Dog Grooming is a difficult job and I show up for my appt on time and tip my groomer and have not had any problems at pampered pooch. thanks for your hard work and taking care of my pet!!”

  “I had brought my Yorkie there two times. Both cuts were not what I wanted. I couldn't find another place to go in a pinch so I had to go back. The cut was worse even though I asked for a different groomer each and every time.
  
  I think I spoke to the owner (younger woman with dark hair) and she said I didn't explain myself correctly and that a certain type of cut isn't a certain type of cut. The owner was pretty rude about it so I am not going back ever again. I won't recommend this place to anyone either.”

  “I have never experienced such rude people in my life! The owner is a complete monster..I picked up my dog and was 2 dollars short, had to have friend go to car and they WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY DOG. my poor puppy was crying badly in the back and she just said no, not until you pay in full IF I COULD HAVE SLAPPED HER I WOULD! The staff and her complained that my dog was soooo tough, were angry about it! gave her a horrendous hair cut. maybe my dog wouldnt be scared if they were friendly!! I would never in my life go back or recommend, they dont love animals and the attitudes, I dont know how this woman stays in business! DISGUSTING”

  “I was a patron of The Pampered Pooch when the old owner was there. She sold it to a couple that did a nice job in turning it into a much more comfortable place. BUT the current owner is very rude and talks to you like you are an idiot. She may know how to cut dog's hair but she certainly does not know how to talk to human beings.”

  “I brought my dog to the Pampered Pooch for the first time. I wanted to meet with the owner to see what all the other posts were about. She was so friendly and helpful! She did a wonderful job. She made me feel so comfortable leaving my dog in her hands...and he looked amazing when i got him back! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Great Job Pampered Pooch!”

  “The owner can be very rude to both customers and employees. She knows what she is doing when it comes to grooming, but has no idea how to treat people. Maybe it's because she spends so much time around animals, but this woman needs to seriously work on her people skills.”

  “The owner is rude and talks down to customers. The groomers seem to know what there doing but the owner doesnt know what shes talking about. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone”

  “the groomers do a fantastic job. But the owner is not nice, mean just like the guy that was there. I wifh I could find out how to get to the groomers. I would never go back.”
