  “I have two wire haired pointers- they love it at paws and Claws. they have been to both Hudson and Stillwater locations. They have LOTS of attention and are well taken care of.
  I would absolutely recommend Paws and Claws to all my friends”

  “My dog has stayed at Paws and Claws. She will never go back there. This is not a place that is doing the best for the dogs. The amenities seem to cover just the bare minimum. They won't even put water out so that the dogs can freely take a drink whenever they want. When I asked why, I was told that they were just not setup for that. What??! Not set-up for water? Seems pretty basic. If you have nothing else, then maybe you should just put a bucket of water out for the poor dogs. I think they are trying to manage the mop. They have no dog door and no way for the dogs to access the outdoors except when a worker walks them on-leash outside every couple/few hours. At that time, they say, they will offer the dog water... if the dog doesn't drink then, he won't get another chance until his next outside walk that is a couple hours away. There are quality dog care places in the western suburbs. I wish they would come further east. I would never put my pet there again.”

  “MY dog broke his knee here, AND LEFT THAT WAY UNTIL I CAME BACK. No one got him vet attention, that he needed immediatly. His leg was danglingin the air. I now have a large vet bill to pay. Tried to get help from Terri and Paws and Claws, they will assume no responsibility . It was a HORRIBLE experience. I will never bring my dog here, or any other dog daycare!”
