  “I've taken my dogs to other groomers and my dogs start shaking before they get in the door. At Mud Puppies they feel at home. They're not scared to walk through the door. They've always been professional. Their cuts are always great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a dog.”

  “I took my dog there to get groomed. 4 hours after my scheduled appt, I pick her up with uneven hair, bald spots and she was visibly shaken up. My dog came home, drank like she has never had water... shaking and then peed on my lap, she has NEVER done this before. I spoke with the owner Nancy Carter, she was very rude and would not refund my money and told me I was a freak about my dog. I just left. I would tell anyone never to take there pet there. Bad cut, trauma to the dog and terrible customer service!!! Very RUDE owner.”
