“I have a 16 1/2 year old portuguese water dog-Sadie. Rosemary has been grooming Sadie for all of those years. I have always been pleased with her cuts. Rosemary cuts Sadie as I ask , even when I ask for not the traditional PWD cut. As Sadie has aged, she has become difficult to groom, but Rosemary is incredibly patient and kind to Sadie even, when it is clear, that Sadie does not want to be there. Rosemary has also been supportive to me, since I can be a bit anxious about Sadie giving Rosemary a run for her money. I highly, highly recommend Clip and Dip. Thank you Rosemary.”

“First of all I'd like to thank my clients that have supported me on these two bad reviews. They know me and know i do not cut vocal cords on dogs. If i was doing that here the state would close me down because that is the job of a licensed veterinary. Furthermore the two people that wrote the bad reviews have never been in this shop for nail trimming or grooming of any kind. Thank you to those who support my business.”

“Rosemary is great. She has been caring for our dogs for ten years. They love her and enjoy their grooming time.
When the English Garden moved in next door, it seemed the trouble started.
At first, things were fine. I bought all my flowers at English Garden. Then, the flowers started being not so fresh and dying quickly, so I stopped buying there. The flowers at Roche Brothers were fresher. I am sure I am not the only customer they lost.
Plus, whenever we would bring our dogs to Clip and Dip the owner of the English Gardens would bring her German Shepard out in order to distract our dogs on our way to get groomed.One time my wife almost fell because of this.
If Silence is anything, she is either a silent partner or owner of English Gardens.
They are the ones that must go.” -

“We have been taking our dogs to Clip and Dip Groomers on a monthly basis for over 20 years. I can honestly say that Clip and Dip has consistently done an excellent job. The proprietor, Rosemary, loves dogs and takes very good care of her canine clients. I recommend Clip and Dip for your dog's grooming needs.”

“Rosemary,
I would like to commend you on your shop and your groomers. My dog Mocha loves coming there and you and the groomers do such a great job. She looks so good and smells wonderful when I pick her up. I like also the fact that your shop througly looks her over and alerts me to any possible problems. A great job on cutting her toe nails too. I will not take her to another shop. Mocha never hesitates when I bring her to your shop.
I was shocked to see the reviews as I know those allegations are unfounded. I cannot imagine anyone could begin to think of your shop doing such things. I cannot believe anyone who has used your shop and taken their dogs there would believe such nonsense.
As an added comment: I have NEVER heard Rosemary nor any of her staff talk ill of anyone or verbalize derogatory statements of any kind.” -

“Clip and Dip is a great place to take your dog. i've been going there for years with my older dog. my dog has a bum ACL which makes it hard for her to stand for long periods of time. The folks at clip and dip are very sympathetic to this and take extra special care to give her rest time. Dont believe everything you read here. I highly recommend Clip and Dip - your dog will thank you too...”

“To Whom It May Concern:
I live in the Natick area. I have a small dog that I use to take to Clip & Dip Dog Grooming Shop. The last time I was there I had my little dog nails clip. Unfortunately when they were clipped, a couple of her nails were cut too short, and they bled. That can happen, I'm sure, but what really upset me, and caused me to no longer take my dog there was, I heard from a former employee that she, the owner of Clip & Dip cut the vocal cords of dogs. I was appalled when I heard that she did that. I also have bought flowers, often, next door at the English Garden Flower Shop. I became very friendly with the owner, in which I use to bring my dog in, and she would play with Diva, a young German Shepard of one year old. Diva is a playful dog who never barks and is very gentle when playing with my dog. The owner of Clip & Dip seems to think otherwise. I know the owner has made up and told vicious lies about the English Garden and its owner. It appears she also has problems with all the other business people on that block, but for some reason she seems to zero in on the English Garden Flower Shop. I also know the former owner of a variety store that use to be where now the English Garden is, and he as well use to have problems with Clip & Dip, in that she would park her van in front of his store as she now does with the English Garden Flower Shop. He use to ask her to park around the corner, so as to leave those spaces to customers, but to no avail. The poor women must have a real problem, if all she has time to make trouble for others. Life is difficult enough, especially during times such as were going through now, in order to make a living without causing problems to others.” -

I use to be a customer of Clip & Dip Dog Grooming. I live in the Newton area. I have a little dog that I use to take to her shop, unitl one day when she was clipping my little dog's nails, she cut them too short and made them bleed. I know this can happen on occasions, but what really upset me was when I heard that the owner cut the vocal cords in dogs. I was appall when I heard this, and this came from a former employee that use to work there. Thats when I stopped giving her any more of my business. Also I buy flowers next door from the English Garden, for quite a few years, and have become quite friendly with the owner. I couldn't believe the erroneous remarks that were lodge against the owner of the English Garden. I use to bring my dog offen in the flower shop, where my little dog would play with Diva, a german shepard, one year old and very gentle. She never even barks, but to hear the owner of the dog shop, Diva is a vicious dog that constantly barks. Also I understand all of the other business on the block have problems with the dog shop, and have no use for her, but for what ever reason I don't understand why she focuses on the flower shop. I know the owner of the flower shop and I find her and her employees to be very nice and courteous in every way. After all they were voted #1 flower shop for a couple of years. Why a person would, for no reason, cast false accusation, against another person is beyond me. A person, to say things against another person that are untrue, must really have nothing in their life. I also know the former owner that occupied, which is now the English, which to be a variety store, and he told me that she always parked her car in front of his store. Wouldn't you think she would use the parking lot and leave room for the customers. I guess this has been an ongoing thing with this women. Life is difficult enough, such as times as were going through now, without creating more problems for everyone else.”
