  “When I went in to view their salon, I saw this little yorkie, crying as they were tugging on his ear hair to comb it. I felt so bad for the dog. When I asked the owner why he was crying, he could of cared less and said that was normal.”

  “Can't understand the reviews here raving about this place. Took my dog here 2 times -the first time was fine and the 2nd time not only did they raise the price on me to $55 but they completely ignored my instructions for a mere trim and to do the same cut as the first time. When I picked him up I was horrified to see that they completely ignored what I asked them to do and by the way, he was supposedly groomed by the same groomer as the previous time. As far as I'm concerned, they put on a good show of pomp and circumstances but totally inadequate in their abilities.”

  “My little girl actually gets excited to go to the groomer! They provide cageless grooming which takes the stress out for my dog. They always do a great job cutting her & I have never had a problem, and this is after going every month for several years. They also take a few walk-ins each day, which helps with my busy schedule. A real winner!!”

  My dogs love to go there and always come back looking and smelling great. We go once a month and I have never had a problem with ny of my 3 dogs. They even keep my puppy in a prize winning show cut for his show career.”
