  “I called in the morning and was given an appointment at 3:30pm. I was impressed to get a same day appointment on such a short notice. I called at 4:00pm and left a message to see why no one had arrived. I have not received a call back....Very irresponsible!!!”

  “Gary has been grooming my sweet babies for 3 years. He is patient, kind and even cares for them as I would when they are in his care. My cat is crazy and he even manages to get her nice and pretty! Great prices and always early to my door.”

  “Made an appointment last weekend to the following Saturday. He would not write down the info and asked me to call right back and leave the info for the appointment on his voice mail. I accommodated his request. Did he bother to retrieve the message, make note of the appointment or bother to call? Nope. Unreliable if not utterly poor customer service. If this is how he treats humans I'd hate to see how he treats dogs.”

  “Gary has been grooming my dog for a few months now. He's even groomed my cat and had so much patience with her. He did a fantastic job and it was so convenient and affordable. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great grooming experience and who doesn't have a lot of time to travel and drop their dog off only to pick up four to five hours later. It's a personalized spa service for your pet.”

  “Darian has been grooming my dogs for years, all five of them. He is an awesome groomer. He takes his time with your pets and does a great job. The best thing is he is MOBILE. So you don't have to go anywhere.”
