  Bella Pooch is a wonderful place! You can take a tour any time, board your dog, and they really do get a lot of attention. I was in there just today and even though their front office was open from 8:30-10:00 (because it's Saturday), at noon, they were still there letting the dogs go outside, roam around, get treats, petting them, hugging them and it was great to see. And they were coming back this afternoon to do it all again.
  
  I have personally watched the owner grooming dogs and she is great! She interacts with them and gently speaks to them, and does a great job--all the time making sure the dog is happy and not scared. Personally, I would rather pick up my dog a little later than have a groomer rush to get her finished. Unfortunately, years ago I went to another groomer (NOT Bella Pooch) and this person came highly recommended and traumatized my dog. I am very picky now and would ONLY take my dog to Bella Pooch to be groomed. I know other people that bring their pet to Bella Pooch and RAVE about it.”

  “groomer is very, very slow... then acted pissed when I showed up six hours later. I ended up taking my shaking half groomed dog home. Two of my dogs nails were bleeding from them being cut so short, and she has clear nails so it's not like you can't see where to stop. I would never go back!!!”
