  “When I saw the pictures my husband sent me of my dogs when they got home I was livid. I called to tell them how unhappy I was especially since they came with 2 recommendations. My maltese and bishon were shaved after I asked for a short fluffy cut since the man I talked to didn't know what 1/4 inch ment (not knowing standard clipper measurements should have been my warning). Short because hair will grow back does not mean a buzz cut in December. Then when I tell you I'm not happy you argue with me on how the mess you made of my dogs was my fault... NO! Unless you have step by step directions with a picture for what you expect as a end result I would not tell anyone to take your dog's here”

  “Pat and his staff are very good with dogs. I am very pleased with the gentle care and excellent grooming. The care is more personalized than the larger big box stores. The price is the best I've found anywhere. I live near the airport and the price and service my dog receives is well worth the drive. Keep up the good work!!!”

  “I took my 4 German Shepherds for grooming and they were fast, thorough and gentle with them. I never leave them anywhere so we waited and watched them throughout the process. It was very inexpensive (which scared me) but it proved to be well worth it. They take care of grooming pets for handicap people so they know what they are doing!! Make sure you check them out. My babies will definitely get groomed there from now on!”

  “We just got our new family member from a friend. He's a Great Dane and needed to be groomed. The other groomers I called said to bring him in, until I told them our dogs breed. Yes he's an extra large breed, but the people at Arlington Pet Center said yes, when others said no. When I brought our Great Dane in they treated him with love and care. Which he needs seeing that he's deaf. I'm so glad that we brought him there with people who truly care. I would tell everyone to take there pets there! Thank you Arlington Pet Center, you're the best!”

  “It's may not look like much but they are the nicest people and great with the dogs. My dog does not like bath time so he's never very happy to be left at the groomers. But when I take him Arlington pet center he is always a little calmer as opposed to other big chain stores where I've seen dogs breaking out of collars to escape. They do not even use collars most of the time here. They are very good with all the dogs from what I've seen. And for the most reasonable price I've found around Jacksonville I would definitely recommend giving the Arlington pet center a try. And I have already to friends.”
